In 2022, the Humanitarian and Technical Institute "Akmeshit" was transformed into an educational institution "Kyzylorda Institute of Technology and Service". On February 10, 2023, the educational institution "Kyzylorda Institute of Technology and Service" was transformed into the educational institution "Kyzylorda Open University" and on June 6, 2023, by re-registration, the name of the journal was changed to "Bulletin of the Kyzylorda Open University".
