The editorial office of the journal provides registration of scientific articles, peer review, correspondence with the authors of articles.
Reviewers are informed that the manuscripts submitted for review are the intellectual property of the authors and belong to information that is not subject to disclosure.
The reviewer may not be the co-author of a peer-reviewed scientific article and the head of a candidate for a scientific degree.
Reviewer based on expert evaluation of a scientific article:
• submission of an article for publication;
• submission of the article for revision, taking into account comments and recommendations;
• may not accept the article.
All these recommendations should be professionally justified in the review.
The expert opinion of the reviewer on the article is posted on the journal's website. Authors can familiarize themselves with it, and if there is a negative review or a revision is required, the reviewer's comments should be deleted. The article worked out by the author is sent back to the reviewer through the journal's website. In case of a positive conclusion - the article receives the status "pending publication".
In case of insoluble contradictions, the editorial board has the right to send the article for additional review. In conflict situations, the final decision is made at a meeting of the editorial board.
